Through it, no matter who you are, you can make it if only you have ideal and work hard. Even though you cannot make it, the process is the most important part. When you worry about finding a job, or cannot feel comfortable about your job, you should think about it. I once thought about to being a boss instead of being an employee. Now, some people still consider that self-employe is because of unemployement or nowhere to go. But, this paper can deny their parochial point of view.

The venture not only solve the employment problem,but also has has a directive significance for colleage students and the worked and would-be-woked person. No matter who you are, it's a mirror ,and no matter what you will not so successful in the future, the only important thing is the process of you experienced. When you are worried about the job or unsatisfied of the job, why not just think about :" I wished to be a Boss and not a emplyee for others. Now many people thought that the venture is a kind of unemployment or have no ways out, it also denied their narrow opinions.
