表示动作，听某人讲话，就是 listen to somebody
如果是陈述事实，表示我听某人说了个什么事，就是 I hear from...
但这里的hear在语境中一般用过去时态 即heard
I heard that......
sb told me that
i heard of that
it was said that
应该是"It is said"吧，“据说”的意思
I was told..
I heard from somebody
